What Is The Pain In Chest That Radiates To Back And Left Arm?

I am 41 years of age, 5 feet and 60 kgs in weight. For the last few months I have been getting some pin pricking pain in left side of my chest sometimes radiating in my back. There is also pain in my left hand and my ring finger too. Most of the I get headaches (some parts especially back side of my neck connecting my head.

I can understand your concern.
Left sided chest pain with radiation to left arm and back is mostly seen with heart diseases like angina and coronary artery disease (CAD).
So better to first rule out heart diseases.
So get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2d echo
4. Stress test (trade mill test).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out heart diseases.
