What Is The Pain In Groin After Stretching A Muscle?

Hello, yesterday I was doing some fitness on a heavy training program called P90X. Somehow I stretched one of my muscles at my groin. So I wonder if I have a hernia. I do not have any of the symptoms, and the pain is a few mm/1cm away from the groin.
