What Is The Pain In My Feet And Arms?

I ve been having pain in my feet and hands and it kind of shoots up into my arms and legs. at the same time, my joints, primarily in my ankles feel stiff when they are kept in one position for a few minutes. The pain comes and goes, it is more prominent in my feet and feel like it is getting progressively worse.

this type of pain usually occurs due to calcium deficiency, get your GP to write you a calcium test or start the treatment straight away
