What Is The Pain In My Knee And Wrist Without Any Injury?

yesterday i started getting sever pains in my left knee and both wrists. there was no trauma to the area so i am baffled as to why. This morning my right ankle was in a lot of pain and now the back of my neck is very sore. I am a little curious as to what is causing this
