What Is The Pain In My Leg Previously Fitted With Screws?

hi, I am having pain in the lower part of my leg for a week now. I have a rod inserted in my leg 7 years ago, supported by screws. I am unable to understand the reason for pain. The pain started after lifting heavy wieght and walking down almost a kilometer.
