What Is The Pain In My Right Testicle?

Hi Doc,

Am having a pain in my right testicle at times and also i feel a tension when standing for a long time. I also have a lower back pain and in pelvic region in front. I can feel this pain when i turn my hips right way. Please be kind enough to provide some info,

Well come to HCM
If this is the testicle pain so this may the orchitis and initially this can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in a day, and the painful part should be kept under the rest, if the symptoms does not improved then investigation is must, hope this information helps.
