What Is The Pain In My Vulva Starting From Labia To Anus?

I'm 17, 135lbs and 5'7'' and have been experiencing extreme shooting pain/itching in my vulva for a few days now. It hurts a lot when touched and it increases after I stand up from going to the bathroom. It's also much more noticeable when I am lying in bed at night. The pain is around the labia minora and it extends back almost to the anus. I did masturbate the two days before this happened for the first time in a very long time, I am afraid to go to the doctor since I am afraid that it has something to do with this and I don't want my mom to find out that I do (I am also a virgin so STD's are ruled out)
