What Is The Pain In The Hip That Sometimes Radiates To My Back?

hi I have had a pain in my hip (feels as though I had banged the bone if that makes sense-but I hadn't) for a couple of weeks. Sometimes it seemed to spread round to the bottom of my back and leg-yesterday I had pain in my abdomen and today I ache all over-any ideas? I am 27 years old and feel fine apart from this.
