What Is The Pain On My Axillary Before My Periods?

My question is this. I been getting pains on my left axillary where I feel and see on the mirror it looks like a pimple but it s not. It happened before on my right. Got an MRI done and nothing. I been noticing its happening before my menstrual cycle which I never had. It s that possible that it can be related to that ?
