What Is The Painful Bump In My Vagina?

Please write your question hereCouple days ago I found one bump on the left side of my vagina and I touched it because I realised it it hurts a little bit I peed and I scratched it open. Everytime I touch one bump it spreads to and that little spot but its only on the left side of my vagina lips... And it just started itching but It really does it hurt... I ve been with the same guy for a month. We do have unprotected sex cause we re trying to have a baby... We both be checked for a std in we both came back negattve. I just wanted to know if it was bacterial or if there is something else going on if its gonna go away or should I go to that is
