What Is The Painful Lump Above My Left Breast?
Hi, for a few years now I've noticed this lump above my left breast. It's hard but this last week I've been getting horrible sharp pains there to the point I cry out and to touch it at times it feels like a shap stabbing pain. It's not constant pain it just randomly comes and goes. Any idea what could be? I was not injured at all there either.

Hello! Thank you for your concern. First of all, what is the size of the lump? I would suggest you consult a doctor to examine the lump and also do a mammogram test/FNAC.
