What Is The Painful Lump Beneath The Near Finger Joints In Palm?

On left hand, palm, near finger joints; a flattish lump (5 - 10mm dia, 2-3 mm thick) beneath the skin - sometimes near a joint; painful to touch initially; a bluish hue through the skin; when pressed feels hard; goes after a few days; sometimes, depending on location will hurt when joint or muscle is moved, I am right handed but left hand suffers this 90% of the time;

As you describe, it appears that it is urticaria,and it may be due to the allergy to some thing it may be the food, clothes, or some thing like that.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe you levocitrizine, and montelekast for some time.
