What Is The Painful Lump In My Scrotum?

I have a blackish blue bump on my scrotum, but not on either of my testicles. It has a lumpy feel and hurts when I squeeze it gently. It's a little less colored and less sensitive than yesterday but I figured this is really strange and has never happened to me so I really want to find out what it is and why it happened. I haven't ejaculated in about a week, so, funny as it sounds, part of me is thinking it's blue balls haha. help me please!

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have hydrocele, hernia, vericocele or some pathology in cord. You should go for examination. If needed go for ultrasound study. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
