What Is The Painful Lump On The Butt Crack? Suggest Remedies
Hi, it has been for a week now that I have this lump on my lower back right at the top of my butt crack. It hurts, I cannot sit, or stand, and today walking has been difficult for me too. Will you please tell me what it is and what should I do about it?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection giving rise to small abscess formation.
Due to more perspiration and lack of local hygiene due to its awkward position infection is very likely.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Swelling and infection will be subsided.
Avoid more perspiration and keep local part airy.
Ok and take care
