What Is The Painful Lump Under My Right Armpit?

hi im 20 yrs old and i have been diagnosed with SLE nearly a year now. for a while now i have always had a small lump under my right armpit that would be sore. just recently ive realised it had grown abit an more painful if i dont even touch it. what could this be from im worried???

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged axillary lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma.
You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
