What Is The Painful Mark Below The Head Of The Penis?

hey,iam new to this but my gf wanted to do this,so we had sex,all was fine till i felt something wasen`t right,every time i put it in it hurt so i saw just below the head where the for skin starts there is a mark witch looks like it has torn a bit please help i cant even wash it thats how badly it hurts

what is size/colour of mark?/do u had bleeding during act/or is there any bruise or ulcer visible at head of penis.
is ur foreskin/skin covering head of penis tight???
u can use lubricant/xylocain gel 2-3 times per day.
use condom to avoid friction /injury to penile skin.
