What Is The Pale Green Discharge During Menopause?

I went through menopause 5 years ago at age 47 after my first chemo treatment for breast cancer. I have not had a period for 5 years. A week ago I had a very watery pale green discharge for 4 days. Enough that I had to wear a mini pad which I had to change 3 times a day. Should I be concerned? I initially was going to call my family physician, but it resolved in 4 days so I did not seek treatment.
