What Is The Patch Of Skin On To The Left Of The Testicles Which Is Not Itchy?

hello i currently have a patch of skin below and to the left of my testicles. it doesnt itch. its a light pink color againts my natrual carmel color. it is currently approx the size of a dime. i need to know what it is , and if i need to seek a doctor or if i can help the issue myself or even if this is normal i am 18 years old

Hi. You definitely need to consult your Doctor for a patch of skin which is not normal . Dermatologist will be in a better position to guide you.
