What Is The Pea Sized Lump At The Base Of My Penis Shaft?

Hello, I am a 33-year-old male. I'm 5'10 and weigh 150. I don't have any other health problems. I recently noticed that I have a small, pea-sized lump at the base of my penis shaft. It feels like the same consistency of a vein and does not hurt. Also, it is underneath the skin, so it's not discolored. It appears to stay in the same spot when I move the skin the covers it. It has been there for three days. It doesn't seem to be cancer from what I've read, but I'm still worried. I have been masterbating for two hours a day without ejaculating. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. Any general ideas about what this could be? Also, would continuing to have sex aggravate this? I'd greatly appreciate any help! Thank you.

The given symptom or the swelling that is there may be the nonspecific swelling and this need to be watched for any changes, like size and color if you ever find something like this then this can be clinically examined, though this would come around without the medicines, hope this helps.
