What Is The Permanent Cure For Bilateral PCOD ?

Hi My Name is Nabir, am getting married on next month. My fiance has irregular periods and she consulted doctor. Doctor advised that she has Bilateral PCOD and she advised her some medicines. Am so tensed because am not aware actually what it is and how it will affect our future life like pregnancy and all. Is this 100% curable problem ?

she will conceive natrually or with drugs.
she need to consult a gynaecologist after marriage to get pregnant.
diet and exercise will reduce the sevearity.
