What Is The Permanent Cure For Small Bumps On The Penis And The Balls?

Hi doctor I got these white pumps on my private and balls the are not sore but sometimes one bump gets hard with a small black dot in the middle then it becames red I leave it for about 2 weeks then it goes away I had then for more then 8 years and sometimes it leave like a small scar can you please help me

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that, this could be warts and this need to be differentiate and for that you have to get done the clinical examination and for that better to see the dermatologist, take care and have a nice day.
