What Is The Pimple Like Bump On My Hand?
A pimple like bump that has been on my hand for a long time just got bigger recently, I scratched at it and clear liquid is coming out of it, there was some yellow substane that came out of it too, it was mildly itchy sometimes so thats why I scratched it.

I really appreciate your concern the given history here is suggestive of infective boil may be folliculitis if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines,
1) Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
if needed then draining has to be done for the pus contained, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
