What Is The Pimple Like Mole On My Face Beside The Nose?
Can you please answer me this simple question? For the past few years I've been having this weird-looking thing on the right side of my nose, it looks like a pimple with a tiny brow mole on it. It sometimes itches, but not so often. Since it's been quite a long period of time, I don't think it is extremely risky, but I still think that it would be better for me just to know if it is normal to have such an ugly looking thing on your face, or should I go to a dermatologist. I can't go if this is not very important. So I'm asking... Are these pimple-looking things with brown-ish dots on top of them are risky, or just terribly appalling?

they are not risky..bt if u r really concerned u might remove it by going to dermatologist..it is purely done for cosmetic reason..it is minor procedure..
note:if it is increasing in size u should go for removal and send it for biopsy
