What Is The Pink Watery Discharge At 3 Months Of Pregnancy?

hi, can u help me out with something? i am a 3mon pregnant, 23 yr old female, weighhing 112lbs. I recently started pooping a pink, liquidy sustance followed by a light stomach ache feeling...not an actual ache. i also feel like i have to vomit afer im done using the restroom. Is that normal???? can u perhaps tell mw waht is happening to my body? Is it from the pregnancy? Does that mean my baby is or can become unhealthy?

Hello, it is very common in early pregnancy and thus nothing to be taken seriously and rather take anti vomiting medicine that's all
