What Is The Pinkish Cheesy Discharge After Taking Plan B?

I thought I had gotten my period because I had just taken the plan b pil a couple of days b4 but by the next day I realized it was not my period because it was a little bit of blood only when I finish peeing and clean myself I see like a pinkish redish cotton cheese discharge?
