What Is The Pinkish Discharge During My First Trimester?

Lately for the last 2-3 days I have been seeing a pinkish discharge only when I wipe but it doesn't happen all day long its only once a day that I see it. I have mild cramping it really doesn't bother me much and the discharge doesn't have a odor. I'm in my first trimester should I be worried??

I think a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen will be required for fetal viability. also start taking susten 200 tablets once daily.
