What Is The Popping Substance In Breast Causing Pain?

Something pops out of me under my left breast when I am in certain positions, the pain is excrutiating for a while then subsides when "it pops back inside" .......this has occurred since my first pregnancy 26 years ago......please help as my GP has no idea.
