What Is The Possibility Of STD Through Oral Sex?

I am a 20 year old male, and I have never had intercourse, but about a week ago, I had the opportunity to perform oral sex and I went ahead and did so. I felt a little nervous afterwards about the possibility of getting an std from the experience, even though the person told me they were clean. After a few days I began to have pure liquid diarrhea, and it has gone on for about 4 days now. I m going crazy looking online and seeing diarrhea as a first symptom of HIV, it is giving me really bad anxiety, but it seems like for an accurate test I have to wait until 3 months after exposure. I m just in a panic, and I want some peace of mind, what should I do? Part of me thinks the diarrhea might be due to my stress about this, is this likely?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Oral sex carries a very low risk for STD/HIV.
Gonococcal or Chlapharyngitis is one of the STD follows oral sex, if that partner had infection. Regarding HIV, the earliest manifestation can occur only after 4-6 weeks after the possible infection, if any. Watery diarrhea can occur to anybody due to contamination of food and water and also through oral sex contaminants other than STD organisms. So nothing to worry and test yourself after 3 months of the oral sex and rule out HIV
