Hi this is neeharika. Iam suffering from pcod problem. Iam 25yers old.iam trying to conceive. Iam tensed about this...I used may tabs ovalabs n normoz....and nouse....once I checked with clearblue ovalation kit....one day I got positive result but doctor said its not true....I hv big confusen about this ....and worried about my pregnancy .plz give me any suggestion

Hi,

It is possible pregnancy with PCOD. Follow your OBGYN medicines. PCOD is all about lifestyle. Follow good healthy diet, more fruits, salads and drink 7-9 glasses of water. Do some sukshm yoga [sahaj samadhi], art of living workshop will give what simple things are helpful in PCOD. It will also take away psychological stress factors of PCOD. Eat food with antioxidants, amla, aloe vera, basil, lemon, oranges etc. Live with positive friends, listen to smooth music, smile more. These prescribed medicines are good. Do regular check up, sometimes false positive results do come. You have to correlate with hCG and USG.
