What Is The Possibility Of Getting Through Drug Test Having Smoked The Previous Week?

Can I pass a urine test on Thursday provided by a government run alcohol and drug outpatient program if I do not have a history of smoking MJ and smoked on Wednesday last week and this Saturday roughly 7-10 hits total. I am in shape and ran 5 miles yesterday and 3.5 today, drinking lots of fluids and generally healthy.

Blood and urine test are available to find out MJ in body.
If you are single user, than in blood it is detected within 1 day only and in urine up to 7 days.
If you are chronic users, than in blood it is detected up to 7 days and in urine up to 3 months.
Hair is also used for detection but more reliable is urine test.
It also depends upon age, weight, genetic structure, body fat etc.
