What Is The Possibility Of Protein Therapy To Boost Cartilage?

I am 34. Arthiatic pain had started when I was 14. But I didn’t get any proper treatment and now the cartilage has rubbed out and top of the born is not fitted into the cap. The only solution is to fix a steel cap which I do not want to know. Could you advise possibility of protine therapy thereby boosting cartilage . thanks / jayan
