What Is The Procedure Done To Diagnose Rapid Pulse Situation In A Person?

Yesterday I was prescribed a stronger dose of Sotalol (80-160), and it was suggested that I undertake an electrical impulse test (day surgery) to identify why every two or three days I have an onset of rapid pulse situation where I initially nearly pass out. What is the name of this procedure, and are there any risks?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be halter monitor test, if it is so then it is not risky at all, second it could be ECHO test and it is not also risky, it may not be anything else, it is advisable to discuss about the procedure with doctor about the risk who is going to perform it hope this information helps.
