hey doctor. i desparately want a nose job..not to the perfection but just improvement .. i am just 17 right now ... dont have money ... so i plan to get the surgry done when i get a job(cause my parents wont give money) .. but that would take 5-6 years i guess : ( .. till that time i cant live this nose ... what are the cheapest rates i can get done the surgery?
