What Is The Procedure To Use Abortion Pills?
Sir .. my wife takes the first pill on 23 sep on 9 am oraly with watet nd on 25 sep she takes 2 pills of mesoprostol at 9 am nd 2 pills at 12 am oraly with water... bt she still dont have bleeding... can u tell me when d bleeding will b start nd also weather d last pill should b taken oraly or to b kept in vegina.

Always use medical abortion after the advice of gynecologist regarding dosage, route and time of administration.
A home use is illegal and cause complication like excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion and abnormal development of baby in failure which are not controllable at home.
Mifepristone should be followed by Tab. Misoprostol 800 mcg (4 tablet of 200 mcg)either vaginally/orally under the supervision of gynecologist after 24-48 hours
If bleeding will not come, you can use another two dose of Tab. Misoprostol 800 mcg at 6 hour interval
Bleeding comes with in 1-2 hour after taking misoprostol.
If not come take more two tablet vaginally or orally.Better to consult the gynecologist.
D14: Follow up USG to confirm the completeness of abortion process (Checking for incomplete abortion)
