my nice is bi-polar, she has been raped by family member plus her dad. Angie has been gone for 20 yrs. now she is back, this is out of my wife s and myself league. She takes drugs that are powerful, morphine pills sent to her here form Florida. Am I wrong asking for help, I don t have the money or resources, to help her, and I am not going to enable her. I ask her if DR. Phill would help her would she go, and she said yes.

your niece went through a lot . she need a psychiatric evaluation. i would recommend you to take her to a psychiatrist ,who can do a complete evalution and further treat her. bipolar disorder can be treated very effectively with medications and her drug abuse problem could be solved with medicines and therapy.
