What Is The Prognosis After Accidentally Piercing My Finger With A Skewer?

Hi I accidentally pierced my hand with a large bbq skewer trying to open a hot Sauce I think it went all the way to the bone or tendon because I can move my finger where the puncture but can’t bend my finger at the middle knuckle . If I go to doctor can they do anything for me
