What Is The Prognosis Based On This MRI Report?

Hello, I was just diagnosed, by xray and MRI of my right knee, 1. Oblique tear through posterior horn of the medial meniscus. 2. Degenerative arthritis with medial osteonecrosis. 3. Focal area of patellar chondromalacia. 4. Nondisplaced occult fracture of the medial tibial metathesis. I am 44 years old and am very disturbed with this information received. Will I be wheelchair bound very soon??
