General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

When kidney function is 15% and oxygen is 60%, your mother is critically ill with congestive heart failure and past stroke condition. Best conservative measures with supplemental oxygen in ICU set up and supportive nursing care to reduce her agony in remaining life span period are recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
