What Is The Prognosis For A Painful Seroma Post Hip Replacement Procedure Three Weeks Back?

I had a hip replacement 3 weeks ago and from the time I woke up I had this huge bump which I thought was a hematoma and have had it drained and it felt better now it is filling up again and causing pain all over my hip buttocks incision you name it . I have been told it is a Seroma it is very painful what is the prognosis or procedure to get rid of this
