What Is The Prognosis For Echogenic Foci On Foetal Heart?

Hi, I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and when I went for my follow up anatomy scan this last week ( the baby wouldnt turn over at our first one at 21 weeks) they found an Echogenic Foci on his little heart. My doctor seemed to be positive about it and didnt really offer any more testing. But my question is, how does this change my odds of having a baby with Down Syndrome. From my NT screening (ultrasound and bloodwork) my results came back at 1 in 100,000 for downs and 1 in 45,000 for trisomy 18. I am 23 currently and will turn 24 2-3 weeks after the baby is born. Should I be concered? I was told at the 21 week u/s that the baby was measuring at about 1.1 lb. But I do not remember any of the other measurements. Thank you
