What Is The Prognosis For Elevated ALP Levels?

About a couple of months ago had blood work done routinely and alp was 156. It seemed to concern my primary dr. She said since I was having scans in Feb which was a couple weeks ago that she would repeat bloodwork late april or early may. What concerns me I am a cancer patient with no pop ups for couple of yrs but just last 3 days upper right abdomen pain and puffiness. Seeing my oncologist wed March 16th. Is this a sign of cancer ? Havent had anyone call me about my scans but could be waiting to talk to me this Wed.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, just increased enzyme level is not the sign of malignancy, if this is the history of malignancy then other symptoms for metastasis needs to be seen or investigate, what ever the symptoms are there all that needs to be ruled out for metastasis or secondary malignant lesion hope this information helps.
