What Is The Prognosis For Fractured T12 Without Spinal Cord Injury?

I m a 52-year old and upon mri 4-weeks after a bicycle accident where I was struck by a car I learned that in addition to a fractured clavicle I also have a fractured t12 without apparent spinal cord injury. Therefore what is my prognosis considering the fact that I have not been prescribed an orthosis and have been walking 5-7 miles twice per week along with 2-3 days of stationary cycling (45 minutes per). Pain is most evident at the 5th to 6th hour of sleeping. Otherwise I feel okay with the exception of some pain when twisting/bending.
