What Is The Prognosis For Liver Based On This Ultrasound Report?

my ultrasound finding is The liver echotexture is coarsened ,he terogeneous and echogenic compatible with diffuse hepatic parenchymal disease . The liver size is normal,12.3cm. There is 2.3*1.8*1.9cm echogenic mass in the right lobe of the liver probably haemangioma. I am healthy ,no drinking,no hepatitis b,c ,no diabetes. only cholesterol 220 mg ,triglyceride 270 mg, LdL135 mg..liver function is normal. What is diagnosis and prognosis.

I really appreciate your concern, diagnosis can not be made with the report give here because more important would be clinical examination and other investigations like liver biopsy and CT or MRI imaging, but this could be some kind of hepatic lesion may be benign, or malignant may be virus or bacterial, (You have not mentioned your age and gender here this was necessary as long as your query is concern) hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
