What Is The Prognosis For The Condition Of Neck Based On This MRI Report?

There are diffuse disc bulging of C5-6 and C6-7 with indentation of thecal sac. Also mild bulging discs of C2-3 and C3-4 is seen. High signal change on T2WI and low signal change on T1WI in the C6-C7 vertebral endplate is noted, Modic type I degenerative change. Diffusely low signal intensity change of cervical discs on T2WI are seen. Straightening of C-spine curvature is seen. Otherwise unremarkable. Can you pls tell me the prognosis and treatment for my condition. What is the expected long term outcome for my neck? what should i do to prevent disability at a point in my life

I really appreciate your concern, such report need to be correlate with clinical condition, if this is asymptomatic then it is nothing to worry and may not need any treatment and if it has some neurological symptoms then it may need surgical intervention, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
