What Is The Prognosis For The Diffused Disc Bulge?

hello doctor ....i recently experienced pain in low back and sciatica symptoms .....got an mri ls spine done it shows .......diffuse annular disc bulge at l4 l5 of 1 to 2 mm with mild thecal indentation .....how bad is this wats is its prognosis ......thanks in advance
