General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Continue CPAP after surgery with neck supported (preferably by a cervical collar). The swelling neck is not a contraindication to use of CPAP/BiPAP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
