Hi, I have had diarrhoea for just under a week, and terrible intergestion. This afternoon I can feel a pulsating vibration slightly right of my centre, very low in what feels like my womb area. Never felt this pulsating before, I am definately not pregnant. I recently had my coil removed and a DEPO injection.
The pulsating sensation near the lower abdomen can be related to fasciculations. This can happen due to decreased fluid intake and electrolyte disturbances. Not related to pregnancy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
