What Is The Purpose Of Duphaston?

What is the use of duphaston 10. is it reduces the chance of normal birth. how long duphaston has to be taken. can one use cipcal 500 in place of Calonat D3/cdense in 13 th week of pregnancy. I heard aspirin is harmful in pregnancy. then asa 50 /luperin 75 (excuse plc is there is a spelling mistake. as for myself I am a working woman of age 26. pregnent for 13 wk + I work in school 5 km from home. I am feeling weakness. and summer vacation is ending today. Please advise me how to cope with weakness and stay fit for duties and protected during my pregnancy.
