What Is The Purpose Of Floumizin Cream Before Streptococcus B Culture Test?
I m 36 weeks in my 7th pregnancy. My doctor wants to give me a streptococcus B culture test next week. But he tells me that before the culture test, I should use Floumizin for 6 days. Before the Floumizin, he said that I don t have enough bacteria in my vagina & he gave me some cream to put in my vagina. I bought the prescription every time he gives me a new one, but I never use them. What is Floumizin for? Why do I need it before the culture test??

Dear madam,I understand your concern.Floumizin cream is used to treat vaginal infection called bacterial vaginosis.which is not harmful condition
