What Is The Purpose Of Folvite And Susten?

I had doen D-lop for pco on 22nd Apr my last LMP was 14th Apr but still now i dint get my period. i went to my Dr she aske me to take urine test on 21st may but it was negative.she gave me folvite 5mg & susten 200 tablets and she asked me to take blood test on 25th.why she gave me these tablet & how will these tablet help me.
